The Hardcore Reset Guidelines are important, but simple. Simple doesn't mean it will feel easy! But you can do hard things.

1. Be Alcohol Free! Sober October is a traditional time of detoxing, giving your body a break from processing alcolol-toxins. This one feels mentally MUCH harder than any other on the list if you are a casual drinker, a wine-down every night person, and that is a big sign that you need this step the most. Reflect on this.

2. Be Sugar Free! Yes, you absolutely CAN do this through Halloween. It is the perfect time to reassess the ways you relate to and use sugar. All fruit based sugar is fine! No added sugars like white, coconut, maple, honey. Ouch, tough, but good tough. You CAN do…
