About the event
Come in comfy clothes to dance in a flow inspired by the 5 RYTHYMS. Moving meditation; physically grounding; not a performance or a party, just you and the music and processing in motion. Dim lighting, private, small, alcohol free and tenderly facilitated, Ecstatic dance is transformative. Sparrow and Amber are both safe space holders, and are fully engaged in the dance and in the container for the dance.
-Opening and closing circle to create a safe container for the dance.
-No talking during the 75 minutes of dance, but...
-Plenty of REFRESHMENTS SERVED after ward, with community connection and warmth.
