Service Description

Let's circle up and talk about all things body: food relationships, aging, post- partum bodies, hormones and menopause. What and how much to eat? What and how much to exercise?Amber will guide a reflective and engaging discussion with plenty of information, setting SMART goals, book and blog recommendations, light fitness coaching, and a hearty Q&A. This is best for a small group who want to make their own plans and keep each other accountable.
